Requirements for a Valid DMCA Notice
Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a valid copyright infringement notification must contain all of the following elements. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.
Mandatory Elements
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; identification of the infringing material with sufficient detail to locate it; contact information of the complaining party; a statement of good faith belief; and a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.
Supporting Documentation
Where applicable, include proof of copyright ownership (registration certificate, licensing agreement, or chain-of-title documentation), screenshots or archived copies of the infringing content, and any prior correspondence with the alleged infringer.

DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Counter-Notice Requirements
A valid counter-notification must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address.
Submission & Timeline
Send counter-notifications to dmca@crazytower-protect.site with the subject line DMCA Counter-Notice — [Case ID]. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, the original complainant will be notified. Content may be restored within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
